Two cats live on property (Buddy & Braveheart) but probably wont impact on guests unless they are cat lovers!

This cosy self contained apartment is located just 5 minutes by car from the iconic 1000 stairs and just a 15 minute walk to ferntree gully train station. New listing with tv, heating and wifi. On street parking. Please note unfortunately we couldn't get more ceiling clearance when we renovated so if you are over 195cms tall this might not be the ideal place for you. Easily accessible via major motorways, you will also find shops, public transport, schools & hospitals nearby. Please note that our studio is only suitable for adults.

Walking distance (15mins) from Boronia or Ferntree gully and less than an hour drive from the CBD, this stay is close to all necessities while enjoying the tranquillity of the one acre garden with firepits or BBQ facilities to use. Pet and family friendly, the bungalow is a great place for two nights or many.

Walking proximity to Sassafras, local shops, famous gardens & the national park. Dingleigh and its gardens offer an ideal location for wedding preparations and small wedding ceremonies.
