Cottage Hideaway in Brigadoon

Relax and enjoy the peace and tranquility in the beautiful cottage on our 13-acre property where kangaroos roam freely and occasionally you might see an echidna. Wild ducks and long neck turtles live in our dam, which during the winter months overflows and cascades down the hill into a roaring waterfall which can be heard from the cottage. There is an abundance of birds; kookaburras, galahs, magpies, parrots, blue wrens to name just a few. Our property is NOT suitable for children or infants.

Today, the house has had a few touch ups. A fresh coat of paint, reborn of the floorboards and a new kitchen. Perfect for a getaway with the family, friends or someone special. The house is walking distance to all the shops and attractions on the main road. 3 bedrooms, 2Q and 1D bed and an extra single bed.

Please note: the toilet is outside (literally two steps out of the house, under cover), infrequent train noise, steps and a small staircase in the house. No washing machine or dryer. Plenty of room to explore, amazing sunsets, and the only sounds are the birds. A lovely deck to view the open landscape. A perfect location to explore the surrounding countryside.
