Water Forest retreat is a very private 122ft.² electrified and heated cedar octagon next to a brook on 56 acres of forest with a pond, waterfall, marsh and hiking trails. Cozy up in this quiet comfortable space while listening to Goldmine brook while you sleep. Please come enjoy our charming air-conditioned walk-out basement apartment on beautiful Block Island. The entire space is yours, with a private entrance and private bath. We are located high on Mott hill in the center of the island. It's about 2 miles to both harbors. There are lots of hiking trails nearby. We are located near the island airport so small private planes come and go during the day but it is usually very quiet at night. Many of our guests say watching the planes is one of their favorite things. This spot is ideal for visitors who like to retreat to a quieter space at the end of a long day at the beach or an evening on the town.

Four bedrooms, 2 full baths, detached bunkhouse with 3 bunkbeds. Fabulous patio & porches with a backyard that keeps guests coming back. Perfect house for a family or two. Full week rentals only June-August, Friday to Friday. Off season weekends have a 3-day minimum stay. Calendar opens October 1.
