James and Matthew invite you to their peaceful garden studio in the heart of Leura. Your home away from home is only five minutes’ walk from the bustle of eateries and specialty shops in Leura and 10 minutes’ walk to Leura railway station. The cabin is close to the world-heritage Blue Mountains National Park, with the Grand Cliff Top Walk a short stroll away. Enjoy discovering the beautiful houses and gardens of Leura as well as the food and cultural offerings of Blue Mountains villages nearby.

Our guest apartment is a peaceful, bright, private space with undercover parking and entry from the carport. Situated in a quiet street in walking distance from Wentworth Falls Lake, and easy drive to all the main sights of the Blue Mountains. We have a luxury bathroom with a fabulous shower with a heated floor. There are also comfy chairs in the sitting room/ kitchenette. Reverse cycle air conditioning will keep you warm in winter and cool in summer. Note: we do not accept children under 12.

If you are looking for a quiet, tranquil, relaxing escape to the Blue Mountains, then Mount Booralee Estate is the place for you. Nestled on 20 acres in Blackheath, Mount Booralee was first settled in 1880, and is one of the mountain’s most historic properties. The 1930's Federation style home is surrounded by stunning formal gardens, natural bushland and parkland areas with a lily pond, water garden and the Summit – a high rocky outcrop offering panoramic views of the surrounding district.

Quiet and on the edge of town, this property with it’s main house and two private accommodations, is an acre and a quarter and was originally farmland and the produce store for Blackheath. Away from the hustle and bustle, but only five minutes to town, it's a place to help you rest, explore and reconnect.

This self-contained 'hotel' style studio has everything you need for a weekend away. A comfy bed with flax linen sheets, a couch and desk to sit and write your next novel or album, private en-suite bathroom and kitchenette with mini fridge, toaster, microwave and kettle. The view through the maples and plane trees is sure to calm and inspire you!

Studio White is set at the front of a newly built architect designed residence. It is modern and spacious with a loft netted mezzanine over the living area and is accessed by Italian spiral stairs. The lower living area has a fireplace opening up onto a large deck overlooking the garden and pond. We live quietly in a very separate part of the building. It is tastefully decorated with some special touches reminding you that you are in the beautiful Blue Mountains.
