You have the entire cottage to yourself with private off road parking for 3 cars with EV charger & private front & rear gardens. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area & Utility room. Living room with 60" TV, Sky, DVD & log burner. Bathroom with shower. 1st floor: Main bedroom - King size bed & 50"TV, Second bedroom with Double Bed & Wardrobe, Bathroom with Roll top bath.

Self contained garden studio available in Clarendon Park, close to Demonfort Hall and on the main bus route to the city centre there's. The space has A/C, a small kitchenette, bathroom, workspace, corner sofa, double bed, Sky TV & Movies (Netflix, Disney etc) and an 85" home cinema. Bifold doors open out onto a spacious south facing garden & there is plenty of parking too. We have a cockerpoo who lives in the main house, she's extremely friendly & does not come into the studio unless invited!

Our home has 2 bedrooms, one large double and one single/twin, a bathroom with an amazing shower (no bath), a separate lounge and an open plan kitchen diner. There is also a private and enclosed garden with a relaxed seating area. The village is full of charm with 2 pubs, a lovely bistro, local shop and plenty of dog walks.
