Despite its central location, the apartment is quiet, allowing you to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the city. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, our apartment is the perfect base for your stay in Southampton. Just a kind reminder: Our property does not have air conditioning.

Cow Shed - Barn

A spacious ground floor suite. Watch fiery sun sets & brown eyed cows walking past to drink. Enjoy outdoor & indoor dining. A super king bed allows for space and a good nights rest with a luxurious en-suite shower to invigorate. Peaceful location but not far from local town. Small but well equipped kitchen with essentials provided. If you need us we are on site but otherwise will leave you in peace to enjoy your stay. If the Cow Shed is full then look up the Hay Loft. Our first floor suite.

Cosy Flat | Near City Center, Hosp. & Uni

Walking distance to The General Hospital, Soton Uni and The City Centre (see photos), my bright, clean and cosy flat would make the perfect stay for anyone traveling for work or a get away. A home from home it has everything you’ll need to settle in. It’s opposite Soton common, too, so you can enjoy well-being nature walks and fresh air within 3 minutes of leaving the front door. The local pub is one corner away, Sainsbury local is up the road and there is a Voi station nearby.

Southampton “Bitterne” Cozy

“Step into the heart of Southampton with our cozy one-bedroom flat! Perfectly located near the city centre, our property is a stone’s throw from the vibrant St Mary Stadium, a hub of thrilling games and events. Indulge in the culinary delights of nearby restaurants, each offering a unique taste of the city. Local shops are just around the corner, making your stay convenient and hassle-free. Plus, with excellent travel routes close by, exploring Southampton has never been easier.

Charming back-garden guest-house

This is a small guest house (one bedroom and one ensuite shower room/toilets - no other rooms available) in our back garden. It has its own outdoor space with a table and two chairs. It has its own access and privacy (from the main garden). The double bed is new and comfortable. We provide bedsheets and towels. We have a friendly medium size dog. Note that there is no kitchen. We have a kettle, a small fridge and a small microwave available in the room. There is no TV available.

Get away from it all down on the South Coast along the beautiful River Hamble in our quaint cottage. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Walk along the river, go boating, paddle boarding or stop at the many local pubs. Take the train to London in just over an hour. Travel into Southampton to visit the many shops and historic sites. Take a day trip to the Isle of Wight as a foot passenger on the IOW Ferry. A relaxing trip away awaits you.

Pretty self contained annexe

Pretty, self contained annexe with its own entrance, located between the historic city of Winchester & Southampton and on the doorstep of the New Forest National Park. Great travel links - M3/M27, Southampton Airport & Southampton Parkway station. Studio comprises double bed, kitchen with oven, hob, fridge & microwave. Breakfast bar, which doubles as a workspace, shower room and shared use of patio and garden. We also have a young, bouncy dog!

Private and quaint location in Bitterne Village, which has a good selection of pubs and restaurants within walking distance or a short taxi ride. 5 min walk to local shops and supermarket. 5 min drive to the M27 motorway with onward access to the M3. 10 min drive to Southampton city centre, and the sea front/Ocean Village Marina. 5 min drive to the beautiful Hamble (River) with a great selection of pubs and restaurants along the river.
