Former Railroad Building Turned Downtown Loft

Look out northwards from the rooftop terrace to the Columbia River and Washington mountains, with trains occasionally rumbling by below. Fill the industrial-style interior of soaring ceilings and century-old pillars with the sounds of vintage vinyl. Please inform yourself on updates for Covid 19 in Hood River County prior to travel. License #678 Cool Industrial feel, cement floors, soaring ceilings, 100 year old brick and cement pillars. Modern yet cozy furnishings. There a record player with vintage vinyl. Gourmet kitchen. Fun, hip vibe, right in the middle of town. Walk to everything. The roof top deck is everyone’s favorite. Guests will have access to the entire loft. You'll have street parking permits as well as access to the garage to store bicycles and other important items. We don't provide access to the garage for automobiles due to the risk of providing garage door opener and tight corner for parking (you'll see what we mean). I’m here if you need me. Sense the industrial past of this location by the old train tracks in the center of downtown. Go for a run in the nearby waterfront park, with shops, restaurants, and breweries also nearby. Hit the ski slopes at Mount Hood, only 30 minutes away. Parking for our loft is best just right on the street. We offer meter passes for street parking. It is very important to remember to return these passes upon your departure so the next guests will also have free parking. There is a fine for losing or leaving with the parking passes and not returning them to the loft upon your check out. Walking distance to everything in downtown Hood River and the Columbia River. Great cafes, breweries, wine tasting rooms, and restaurants just minutes away. Double Mountain Brewery and Full Sail Brewery are a block away.

Columbia Gorge Recess

Great for the whole family, multiple families, couples and friends alike! Minutes from Main Street and all the Gorge has to offer. Recreation, wine tasting, and dining. 10 minutes to Hood River. Home sits on a 1/2 acre with spa, sport court for basketball, Pickle Ball, volley ball, and badminton. Deck, gas bbq and fire pit. Inside Sonos music system w/ turntable and a 65" OLED TV w/ surround sound for movie time. 3 night minimum but at request 2 nights ok in winter. Come play, relax, and enjoy!

Little House on the Hill - Gorge Getaway Home Base

This little house started life as a woodworking shop. When we outgrew it, we made it into a guest house. It may be imperfect, but it's perfectly adorable. We have a peek of Mt. Hood from the yard and lovely territorial views. At night, you can enjoy the beauty of a Milky Way sky far from city light pollution. Come. Enjoy. Relax. Downtown White Salmon Garden Home, 4mi from HR

Our Garden Home is a large, private 2-bedroom daylight basement with beautiful views of Mt. Hood. The exterior has its own very private garden area with lush vegetation and lots of shade, a covered patio to relax and stay cool, and a BBQ for those summer dinners outside . The 1,400sq ft space is flooded with light from the many windows on the east, south and west sides, and always stays very fresh and comfortable all year round, it is one of the nicest daylight basements to be found :)

The NeuHaus - a Mid Century gem w/ amazing views!

The NeuHaus is a tastefully decorated 2,450sf mid century modern home located just a 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk from downtown White Salmon. You'll get absolutely amazing views of the Gorge and Mt Hood from the house and enjoy the outdoors from a large, 850 sf deck that wraps the south and east side of the home. Located in the middle of a large lot, it's very quiet and private with off street parking and a 2 car garage for storing toys such as kayaks, skis, or wind surfing equipment.

Enjoy a quiet riverfront stay in the heart of the Hood River Valley. 500 sq ft apartment in a Craftsman timber-frame home with private entrance, parking, kitchenette, shared laundry, and the sound of the river, with some distant traffic noise from Tucker Road. Sit on the porch and relax watching the Hood River. Perfectly located for recreation or wine tasting, 40 mins. to skiing at Mt. Hood Meadows, and 10 to downtown breweries. We designed and built our White Salmon Retreat to be a family-friendly, pet-friendly ($20/pet) and therapeutic space set in the trees where your soul can find rest and relaxation. Our Retreat is surrounded by mature Fir, Oak, and Maple trees and frequented by the local wildlife. We are excited to share this space with you. Fully stocked kitchen! We use scent-free laundry soap and cleaning supplies. Washer/Dryer. Deck with fire pit table and gas grill. Nectar mattress is SO COMFORTABLE!

The Overlook House with amazing view!

We chose to share our guest house primarily because the idea of sharing our stunning view appeals to us very much. We are so fortunate to have a view so special that we wanted to build a guest house for our friends and you! We designed our 600 square foot modern guest house with the intent of creating a very private honeymoon suite. Take in stunning views of the Columbia River Gorge from both levels in our modern, cozy Bingen House, at the center of all the outdoor activities the Northwest has to offer. We are a stone's throw from Society Hotel and Spa and a quick trip to White Salmon, Hood River, wineries, windsurfing, kiting, kayaking, mountain biking, fishing, hiking, skiing , Mt Hood, SUP, the list goes on. We do allow one dog but please notify us first. Pet fee is $35 extra per night per pet.
