Relax outside on the lawn or the patio, at a picnic table (in season), one of the fire pits, or under the fir tree. Emily's beautiful garden could be in bloom. Long Sands Beach is a 3 minute drive and Short Sands and Cape Neddick Beaches just a bit further around the corner. The cottage sits on a shared property that boasts beautiful gardens and year round ocean views.

We're a 5 minute drive from the airport, about 10 minutes from downtown, and walking distance to Thompson's Point to enjoy concerts, events, and libations. We are in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood with plenty of free parking. Enjoy our cozy guest flat on the same 1-acre property as our 1917 home, but with its own entrance, parking, full kitchen and bath. Walking distance to downtown Durham, the Oyster River, and Great Bay, with many hiking trails a short drive away. Take a walk to Tideline Public House (food truck park). This efficient space is for 1-2 people, with one queen bed available.

Mast Landing Cottage

Keep it simple at this centrally-located newly renovated cottage. Downtown Freeport is only 1.2 miles away for shopping, restaurants, and even the Amtrak! Wolfe's Neck State Park, Mast Landing Audubon Sanctuary, and Winslow Park are also close for miles of hiking and kayaking. Portland is a 20 minute drive and Brunswick/Bowdoin College are only 15 minutes away.

A studio built in 1920 turned one-bedroom Guest Cottage, full of charm, on Peaks Island. Within 5 minutes walking distance to the ferry, restaurants, beaches and "Down Front" shops. Perfect for 1-2 people and possibly a third. The 500 square foot Cottage is an off-the-beaten-path Maine experience. Peaks Island is an 18 min ferry ride from Portland.

Modern Guest House, in an 1850s building

The building at 32 post road dates back to 1850. The Guest House Apartment is a lot newer! We wanted to share this wonderful building and location with guests from around the world, so we converted some of the barn to an adorable guest house. It is a perfect combination of modern conveniences while maintaining some historical charm.
