It is separate from the house and your privacy is ensured as a 1.8m fence divides the two. There is your own sitting area in front of the studio with BBQ.

Seperate access from the laneway, just minutes walk from the beach, train station and host of shops & cafes. Won't disappoint. Upto 3 guests (including any infants) permitted.
