There is a downstairs washroom. A large light-filled upstairs sleeping area has a king-size bed and a bathroom with shower. Outside is a patio dining area and parking in a dedicated driveway.

Conveniently located to I-84, shopping, local farms, wineries, breweries, restaurants, and Heritage Village.
