Set back from bustle of Brunswick Street, unwind on the private terrace after a day of exploring & feed the friendly rainbow lorikeets named Claude & Maude. My partner and I lived in this beautiful apartment for 8 years and we love sharing this special place with guests. Warringa Cottage Studio

This studio apartment is located at the bottom of the property, and is part of the house. It has private access via quite a number of stairs from an off-street guest parking spot. The studio is conveniently located in The Hills, only 700m from Tecoma train station and a 15 minute walk to Belgrave and Upwey shops. The back yard is a shared space with the home occupants, along with 3 chickens named Poached, Scrambled and Fried, who free range in a fenced off section of the garden during the day.

In the leafy estate of Bryn Mawr, 40kms from Melbourne CBD. This house is also very close to the big hospitals in Berwick and train station. The Berwick Botanical Gardens are worth visiting and is a doable walk from the house, along with the Sunday market at Akoonah Park.
