Located in the Westbrea/Gilman district - walking distance to Solano, Whole Foods, many restaurants and boutiques and less than a mile from BART. Painting Studio in the Trees

Located halfway up the steep Berkeley hillside in a quiet residential area. The space has amazing natural light with 4 skylights and garden facing windows. There is a patio deck with table and chairs to enjoy meals outdoors. Previously an art studio, now a simple detached cottage at the entrance of our property. Private garden cottage in the heart of Berkeley's Gilman District. Located well off the street. Good quality mattress, kitchenette & small new bathroom. Berkeley Bitty House - a little bit of home

The Berkeley Bitty House is our cozy little detached guesthouse, located in a quiet residential neighborhood that is a few minutes drive to campus and within walking distance to many landmarks. Although itty bitty, it feels luminous and private, with a large skylight and windows that overlook a private deck with hot tub. The view of the bay from the private deck is breathtaking.

Large light-filled studio near Fourth Street

All are welcome at our peaceful garden studio. It is the back of our historic home, the oldest standing structure in Berkeley! We are close to BART with easy access to SF and UC Berkeley and two blocks from Berkeley’s famous Fourth Street shopping area with unique boutiques, great restaurants, and coffee houses. Entry is private and the garden is all yours to enjoy.

North Berkeley Chic

The residence is a classic 1927 North Berkeley Bungalow lovingly remodeled from the foundation up leaving only the original exterior painted redwood boards while upgrading the entire interior and the Exterior ONLY will be monitored by four motion activated floodlight cameras (front, back, side and garage back door on the patio). Absolutely NO cameras indoors!!!
