My 1906 little house is completely restored farmhouse that my great grandparents brought to our property during the depression. Our guest cottage is tucked away behind the main house where we live. It has original shiplap boards in the open living room and kitchenette with beautiful pine floors throughout the 700 square-foot house. There is a separate bedroom with 12 foot lofted ceilings and plenty of natural sunlight throughout. We know you will feel good the moment you walk through the door.

You’ll enjoy a beautiful outside living area complete with fire pit, sitting area and front porch chairs to sip your coffee overlooking the farm. Plenty of grass & open area for your pet, small kids or just to take an evening stroll around the farm.

Downstairs you will find an open space kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms (1 king & 1 full), and 1.5 bathrooms. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms (2 queen beds in each) and 1 full bathroom. This house is conveniently located to I-40 and I-95. It is behind the Broadslab Distillery retail and cocktail bar (walking distance) and adjacent to The Barn at Broadslab event center.
