Relax on the property or use it as a base for bush walking in the nearby Mount Cole State forest or visiting the Pyrenees wineries. Abundant wildlife including wallabies, echidnas & a wide assortment of birdlife. 15 km from Beaufort. Cosy cast iron chiminea on the deck; firewood supplied. EV Car charger. Sadly, the historic meditation temple (c.1995) was destroyed in the February 2024 bushfire.

Built from salvaged Monterey Cypress timber, the house offers a dreamy king sized bed downstairs with floor to ceiling windows. Explore the surrounding forest and wildflowers and immerse yourself in the sounds of nature.

Handcrafted Shack, Halls Gap, Grampians (Gariwerd)

Wander through the trees to our handcrafted Shack, lovingly built from recycled materials, with breathtaking panoramic views over our regenerative farm to the mountains beyond. Inside snuggle by the wood heater, outside relax on a hand hewn red gum deck with built-in bath, outdoor shower. The outhouse provides views across the wetlands and its wildlife! Gariwerd walks are a 10 minute stroll away, as is good coffee, the local brewery and the eateries of Halls Gap. Come and connect!

Sovereign Grounds - overlooking Sovereign Hill

A thoughtfully designed retreat for those who cherish a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living. Every detail has been carefully curated to create a tranquil and inviting escape. The living space strikes a perfect balance between openness and intimacy, while the lofted sleeping area serves as a private sanctuary, offering an elevated space to relax and recharge. The Barn at Weatherboard

Set among an abundant and lively garden, The Barn is our fully detached, unique guest house. The building was originally a fully functional blue stone farm barn but since owning the property we have converted the space into an open plan house, complete with kitchen, bathroom, large living area and two mezzanine bedrooms. The outside remains in its original state while the inside has been decorated with a collection of artwork and objects from our travels overseas.

A nostalgic outpost at the southern gateway to Victoria's glorious Grampians mountain wilderness, Salt Creek Cottage is nestled in the heart of the historic township of Dunkeld, a gentle walk from the main street, shops, cafe's and the iconic Royal Mail Hotel. Our charismatic colonial-style cottage fondly known as 'Salty', is the perfect base camp for the epic walks of the Grampians National Park, her moody interior sets the scene for the perfect intimate getaway.

The Cottage @ Hedges

The Cottage @ Hedges is an easy 10 minute drive from the centre of Ballarat. The cottage sits within a pretty country garden about 20 metres from my home on a small rural property. Close to parklands, Lake Wendouree, art galleries, wineries and lots of great cafes and restaurants. The Ballarat-Skipton Railtrail is just 300 metres away - perfect for quiet country walks and cyclists. It is comfortable inside and out with plenty of shady spots to sit in the garden.
