The lovingly furnished 75 m² apartment in the district Maxglan West (Salzburg city) is located on the 2nd floor of a multiple dwelling. My wife, me and our 2 children live on the floor below. The bright apartment with attics has just been partly renovated and newly furnished. It is also well equipped for the needs of families. We offer a small play corner, a crib if required and a high chair. All windows in the flat have child safety locks. NEW: A washer-dryer is available free of charge.

Das Haus ist in Ortsmitte von Großgmain gegenüber dem Kurpark. Die Busverbindungen in alle Richtungen liegen 2 Minuten vom Haus. Zur Stadtmitte von Salzburg sind es ca. 15 km, zum Airport Salzburg 8 km, nach Berchtesgaden 18 km, nach Bad Reichenhall 3 km.

Über den zentralen Flur werden Wohnzimmer, offene Küche, Badezimmer und ein kleines Arbeitszimmer mit ausziehbaren Schlafsessel angebunden. Über das Wohnzimmer erreicht man das Schlafzimmer, welches mit einem Doppelbett ausgestattet ist. Ein Kaminofen im Wohnzimmer sorgt für gemütliche Abende. Die etwa 90 qm große Unterkunft liegt im ersten Stock eines 2-Familienhauses mit separatem Eingang. Zu Verfügung steht ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, sowie ein separates Zimmer mit etwas kleinerem Doppelbett (160x200 cm). Des Weiteren befindet sich in der Wohnung eine voll funktionsfähige Küche, sowie eine Waschmaschine. Wir freuen uns immer wieder neue Gäste willkommen zu heißen.
