The cottage has a private bathroom with shower (no tub), a kitchenette with microwave, and the most comfortable queen bed. Close to Oakland Coliseum, BART, SF, Oakland Airport, and ferry to SF. Great access to Bay Farm Trail and just a short walk to restaurants and shopping. ** Please note that the bed is against the wall, so if you are a group of two, one person will be against the wall.

The space has a memory foam king-sized bed, comfortable lounging chair, and eat/work area. Please note that there is a steep step down to access the space. The studio is an affordable and convenient option for folks comfortable staying in a dense, working-class urban neighborhood. We are walking distance to the Fruitvale Bart station, excellent local eats, and grocery stores.

Separate entrance through the backyard. Young kids live in the upstairs house part-time (see “other notes”) and can be loud until 9:30pm. We’re a dog-friendly space and love hosting pups (maximum of 2, house trained)! Please note that we’re not able to accommodate cats at this time. Lab lives in property.

Inside the walk-in closet, we've also curated a coffee & tea station with a mini fridge and a cold/hot water dispenser.

Welcoming touches include salt from our salt farm and air diffusers. Fix your own meals in the kitchenette or pick up takeout at dozens of restaurants blocks away. We follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. We live upstairs, close by if you need anything.

We offer a unique experience for those interested in a beautiful and tranquil escape in the heart of the city. The cottage is at the back of our large garden with views of our beautiful urban farm with a pond, chickens and goats! Families with up to 2 children are best suited for the loft because of the low ceiling. No more than 2 adults please.
