This space is the upstairs level of my home. It has its own outside stairway for your entrance. It has 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds, 1 bedroom has a TV. Bathroom with tub shower, kitchenette with keurig coffee maker, microwave, toaster and fridge. This kitchenette/ living area has relaxing area with 2 recliners, computer desk, kitchen table, pantry closet and a 50 inch TV. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Rest, Relax, see the sunsets and enjoy the country view from above.

Grandma's House at Jordan Valley

Come and relax in the peaceful surroundings of this rural destination. Nestled on the outskirts in the popular Loess Hills of western Iowa the views of nature are sure to inspire. We have built our very roomy home to resemble a barn. Having raised our 13 children here we have some empty space. Grandpa and Grandma's apartment is a very inviting homey atmosphere for any one passing through or planning a lengthier stay in our area you will be happy with our family friendly accommodations & price.

Queen Anne Cottage - Early 1900

Follow us on FB at The Cottage In Moorhead This early 1900’s, 1000 sq ft Queen Anne Cottage, sleeps 6, and is located in the heart of the Loess Hills. The home features: 2 bed/2 bath, stocked kitchen, dining room, living room/sofa sleeper, 50”smart tv, and WiFi. Unique features include: original pocket doors, corded/weighted window sashes, and antique pieces. Step back in time while enjoying the modern conveniences of central heat/AC, appliances, luxury bedding, and high speed internet.

The Grain Bin Lodge and Retreat

Sorry, no children under the age of 12. This large grain bin has been converted into a rustic two story getaway using reclaimed barn wood and many antiques. The 700 square foot main floor includes a full bath, a vintage retro kitchenette (micro wave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, NO OVEN), reclining love seat, a smart tv with WIFI and Direct TV, along with a large dining area with 2 tables. The 500 square foot open loft area includes one full bed and 2 queen beds.

Hilltop Hospitality House

Remodeled split-entry "Hilltop Hospitality House" was my childhood home. One hour from Omaha in the lovely Loess Hills, with beautiful lake and valley views, (sleeps ten). Three queen beds, one double bed, one sofa sleeper, full kitchen, two full baths, laundry, a spacious open floor plan for large groups, and a large deck overlooking my friendly hometown, this is a great space for groups and family gatherings. Nice studio apartment above the garage rents separately.

Almost Home Hideaway

Formerly a church basement, we have taken it down to the bare brick. Offering almost 1200 sq. ft. of living space with 3 spacious bedrooms. The open concept kitchen and living room with large peninsula and barstools and large smart tv makes for a great gathering place . If you're in the area for work, a wedding, sports and whatever it may be, this place is Almost Home. Full disclosure, the entryway is not quite finished, but does not affect the guest quarters.
