Our brand new American-style modern pool home is your local vacation home. Ohana Villa 1 is a 2-storey home with 2 master bedrooms upstairs with 2 private bathrooms, & 1 bathroom downstairs. We are centrally located in the heart of Dinalupihan town, privately set back from the noise of public transportation. Enjoy the farm views on the balcony, as you drink your morning coffee or just enjoy stargazing on your nightcap. You have free access to our pickleball court for fun times during the day.

Built in September 2019, Evanz Apartment is a very clean & secured complex. A two and half hour drive from Manila is Balanga, a province rich in history, particularly World War II stories. The city has plenty of historical sites that every Filipino and tourist alike should visit. You can explore the Balanga Wetland and Nature Park and or witness the bravery and sacrifice of the soldiers at the Bataan World War II Museum. We also offer van rentals for airport pickups, drop offs, & private tours.
