Les Aulnes - Ile de Malvy

Petite île privée située entre Angoulême et Cognac, sur le tracé de la piste cyclable "La Flow vélo", à proximité immédiate de la jolie plage du Bain des Dames. Maison avec jardin attenant surplombant le fleuve. Nombreuses activités sur place : piscine, kayaks et vélos, grande salle de jeux : billard, tennis de table, baby foot, jeu de fléchettes, jeux de société, jouets pour les enfants, livres, BD… L’île abrite en outre une forêt-jardin ce qui en fait un véritable oasis pour la biodiversité !

Loft avec jacuzzi et sauna

Belle maison de type loft 180 m2. Vous trouverez au rez de chaussez une cuisine entièrement équipée (four, micro ondes, machine à laver, sèche linge), coin repas, la salle d'eau (douche à l'italienne,wc) ainsi qu'un espace détente avec cheminée et jacuzzi (4 personnes max). A l'étage, vous profiterez du Sauna, d'un premier lit en 140 avec un coin eau+wc, d'une chambre avec lit en 160 ainsi qu'un salon avec tv. A l'extérieur : terrasse, et piscine chauffée (mai /sept) Coin barbecue .

F1 entièrement rénové en décembre 2017, à côté de la maison , composé d'une chambre, d' une salle de bains ( douche, lavabo), d'un wc, d'un espace commun avec canapé BZ, coin cuisine et repas, frigo, plaque... grand terrain, piscine... près de la Charente, randonnée, église romane du 11ème.. Pour la saison estivale ( juillet août) notre location n'est pas adaptée aux longs séjours de vacances, c'est pourquoi nous ne donnerons pas suite aux demandes supérieures à 4 nuitées.

Studio calme piscine partagée et parking sécurisé

Détendez-vous dans ce logement calme et élégant. Ce jolie studio est situé entre le quartier St Cybard et Les Planes, idéalement situé à 5 minutes en voiture du centre ville d’Angouleme et 2,7 km de la gare et proche de la RN10. L'accès au bus est desservie 3 mn à pieds. L'entrée au studio se fait de façon indépendante par un portail sécurisé électrique coulissant avec un Pass. Le studio est situé dans un bâtiment annexe à notre maison principale.

Le Cosy

Le Cosy est situé au sein d'un corps de ferme à Marange, petit village de Hiersac, à la campagne, tout en étant proche d’Angoulême (- de 20 min.) et de Cognac (25 min.). Mais aussi à : - 1 h 05 de la La Vallée des Singes - 1 h 20 des premières plages de la côte atlantique - 1 h 30 du Zoo de la Palmyre, du Futuroscope ou de Bordeaux - 1 h 40 de l'aquarium de la Rochelle ou du marais poitevin Nous habitons sur place dans la maison mitoyenne au Cosy.
