Rekonstrukcijom postojećeg objekta, SFIDA Residence zadržala je sve originalne elemente gradnje, a uz moderni dizajn uređenja i tehnologije, pretvorena je u luksuzno opremljenu rezidenciju za odmor. SFIDA Residence opremljena je WI-FI internetom, LCD televizorima, a sve prostorije su klimatizirane i posjeduju podno grijanje.

Next two upper floors are open-type bedrooms, each equipped with double bed and own bathroom. The entire fourth floor is a rustic styled kitchen, and the fifth floor is an under roof loft with an additional fifth and sixth single bed and sat-tv.
