Outdoor shower, parking is steps from the back door. 1.3 Miles walk on the sand to the Cocoa Beach Pier. 1.7 miles to Port Canaveral.

BEACH within view. You might have to squint a bit. The sand and the ocean are just steps away. This unit is almost fully renovated. It is a second floor corner unit. The building is located on a quiet dead end street (the end is the Ocean). Open parking on the property and a few of the parking spaces are set up for those with toys.
