Sie ist zentral gelegen und in wenigen Minuten sind verschiedene Geschäfte, eine Apotheke und Bank, als auch der Bahnhof erreichbar. Parkmöglichkeiten sind ausreichend vor dem Haus vorhanden .

Besonderheiten sind antike Möbel, Marmorbad mit Fußbodenheizung, originale Holzdielenböden kombiniert mit modernsten Annehmlichkeiten unauffällig in das charmante Ambiente eingebettet. Unsere Unterkunft befindet sich mitten im Zentrum von Steyr nur ca. 2 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es mehrere Supermärkte und der Stadtkern mit der wunderschönen Altstadt ist nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Dort findet man mehrere tolle Restaurants, Cafés und Eisläden... Die Wohnung hat 2 getrennt begehbare Schlafzimmer und befindet sich im Dachgeschoß eines Mehrparteienhauses. Zusätzlich ist ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Pelletsofen vorhanden.
