It has a kitchen, grilling station and a cozy toilet and bath. The entire outdoor area is covered by pergolas making it all weather while the floor is wrapped with wood decking.

Pls don't gamble with Manila's old-highway traffic and just take the Skyway. Hot water warms up immediately. In isolated cases where Maynilad utility water might stall a few hours, the room has its own big backup water tank. Note: I received a contradictory review recently.
