Vienna-Heights is a studio directly under the roof of a 19th century villa in one of the most elegant districts of Vienna. Our house was built in 1897 and therefore there is NO ELEVATOR. It is situated on the 3rd floor. You will be rewarded for the climb with a marvellous view on the city from terrace and room. Big comfortable double-bed, convertible sofa for one or two more guests. Wunderschöne Seen sind in 30 min zu erreichen, auch die Stadt Salzburg und Hallstatt sind in der Nähe. Frühstück extra € 15 pro Person

Unser Gästezimmer hat einen Balkon und ein eigenes Bad mit WC und Dusche. Besonders Familien mit Kindern sind uns herzlich willkommen. Kleinkinder bis 3 Jahre schlafen umsonst im Elternzimmer, ältere Kinder gegen Anfrage und Aufpreis mit im Elternzimmer oder im 2.Gästezimmer. Im großen eingezäunten Garten gibt es neben Sandkiste, Spielhaus oder Trampolin viel zu entdecken. Unsere Ponies freuen sich auf kleine Reiter. Bei Bedarf ist Kinderbetreuung möglich.

Our house is a typical bed & breakfast. It is located between Bad Aussee train station and the city center (short walks). The rooms are silent. We offer in this house two double rooms and two single rooms. The breakfast is extendend and flexible. There are also vegetarian and vegan options. We are experienced hosts, because our family welcomes since 1976 guests in our house. And we stil love it. :)
