Nestled front and centre in the Margarets Beach Resort, our two story townhouse is perfectly positioned with just a short walk from the famous Gnarabup swim beach and White Elephant Beach Cafe. We are very fortunate to have “The Common” Restaurant and Bar on site, a pool and two playgrounds for the kids. For the surfers, spot “The Box” from our balcony 🌊

On a quiet and leafy street 250 m from the beach, Lyn and Ulf welcome you to our two-room studio with terrace. It is attached to the main house, but there are no common areas. It includes a covered carport, a spacious bedroom with en-suite, a lounge/kitchenette with fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster and kettle. The terrace, is designed for outdoor dining and equipped with a barbeque. We welcome infants and toddlers under 2 years old and can provide a travel cot and high chair on request

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located self contained studio. Come and go at your leisure with your own parking bay & private garden that leads to your own entrance. The quaint studio cottage overlooks the Scott River flats, the Homestead and farm land. To the back of the cottage is the untouched bush leading all the way to the South Coast. Explore the river that runs through the property, say hello to our farm animals, pick some fruits and vegetables from our kitchen garden, go wildflower hunting, bush walking, 4x4 driving or fishing. we are on the edge of the D'Entrecasteaux National Park and within an hour of many towns in the south west region.

Lola by the bay - cosy getaway

Lola by the bay is a stylish and relaxing guest suite, designed to host two people in comfort and peace. Located along the west wing of our family home, with private entrance and patio, this self-contained space is a great place to relax after a day of exploring all the beautiful treasures the South West has to offer. Within walking distance from the beach (less than 5 min.) and shops and restaurants nearby, Lola is a great base for your next getaway in the Broadwater resort area.

The little siren studio Gnarabup

The little siren is a self contained studio at the rear of our property. It’s located in a unique little pocket of Margaret River, looking out over Gas bay surf break and the Cape Leeuwin ridge. An adults only ( no babies either sorry), oasis in which to explore the cape, snuggle up & read books or simply spend the night watching stars from your bed. Our bedroom is on a mezzanine level, the bathroom is downstairs, please note that there are multiple stairs on the property.

The River Barn - walk to Town and River

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Newly built, with a spacious Loft bedroom - enjoy the views of near by native trees or lay in bed and star gaze through the roof window. A lot of thought has gone into the design of this home, with a cozy day bed built in under the stairs, full sized kitchen and stylish bathroom. Just a short walk down to the Margaret River, walk trails, and to town, we hope our place provides the perfect base for your holiday.

This farm is close to gourmet food and coffee in local towns, and surrounds, passing the local icecream factory.
