There is a also a Smart TV w Netflix, and TVNZ+ Note, building work is being carried out on the section next door to us which may result in some construction noise during the week. This studio is ideal for couples or friends who want a beautifully appointed, relaxing place as a base while exploring Grey Lynn, Ponsonby and Auckland's central city. It is a lovely heritage neighbourhood with lots of cafes, restaurants and is close to Auckland Zoo, MOTAT, Central down town & Eden Park .

This guesthouse is located on the ground level of our house with separate entrance. There is a private lounge, bathroom and bedroom. It was newly built with heat pump / air conditioner during our house renovation. We are in a very central location - 10 minute drive from Auckland CBD and about 10 minute walk to Mt Eden Village and Auckland University Epsom. Here, there are plenty of lovely restaurants and cafes, as well as the main bus route from Mt Eden Village to the airport and the city.

Also the apartment is not suitable for mobile babies (a cot is available) nor children under the age of seven. A vehicle to get around is recommended.
