It is great for accessibility, however, there may be noises from guests in the other 2 units. Quiet hours are implemented for this. Our brand new barndominium is a 10 minute drive from Ohio University, yet sits on a 100+ acres in the country. You will find it located near the front of the property, feet away from a 16 acre private water ski lake with beautiful sunset views. Visitors can enjoy hiking, fishing and swimming during their stay. We designed this as a couples retreat, including a 4 person hot tub, but a second bedroom with a full bed and twin trundle can accommodate friends or family who may join you.

Pets are allowed but we do not allow parties. We have a great kitchen with all full size appliances. A SUV all wheel drive car is best because our house is down a 1/4 mile private gravel drive. We do not plow snow, but there is parking at the storage units after you turn in to the private road.
