Tucked away on a hillside, beneath some beautiful gum trees, and just 5 minutes from the heart of Mornington and its sandy beaches, you'll find this charming two bedroom Miners Cottage. Wake up in the morning to the sound of kookaburras, relax on the large veranda looking out towards leafy Mount Eliza, watch Foxtel on the large TV, or sit out in the evening around the fire pit with a glass of wine from a local winery. Our studio cottage has a full kitchen with dishwasher and bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet. The main room has a large TV, double sofa bed, single sofa bed and comfy queen bed. There is NO separate bedroom. A dining table with up to 4 chairs. There is a washing machine also. The courtyard has a covered pergola with outdoor furniture Children's playground park close by

A treasure in a fantastic location with great facilities - close to everything! This is an open plan unit with a seperate bathroom and a fully appointed kitchen that faces the pool and outdoor area. Seperated from the main house with private access and just 300m from the lovely Black Rock beach and 500m to black rock village restaurants, bars, and cafes. The coastal bike path provides over 30km's of safe cycling, and beautiful walks along the coastline tracks.
