2 straatjes achter de Klarendalseweg, middenin het Modekwartier, zit je zó in de gezelligheid, maar toch heerlijk rustig in deze fijne bovenwoning (1e & 2e etage). de fijne, lichte ruimtes, frisse kleuren, grote ramen en het ruime balkon bieden een heerlijke plek van waaruit je de stad Arnhem, maar ook de Veluwe perfect kunt ontdekken. ik ben in de keuken nog aan het afwerken en woon hier zelf wanneer ik niet verhuur, dus er zijn ook persoonlijke spulletjes aanwezig; lekker huiselijk 😉

A stone stairway leads directly into the garden. Adjoining the bed room are a toilet with sink and a walk-in shower. In the living room there is an extra single bed, and a coach and sofa. There is an interactive flatscreen tv with blue-ray player, a dining table for four, and an open kitchen under the stairs.
