Just a short walk to lovely Loch Leven and the village's shops, pub and eating places. Explore magical paths, trails and waterfalls as well as higher routes directly from the cottage. No need to drive. On National Cycling Route 78 and local routes for all abilities. Ballachulish is well-positioned for days out around the area and further afield.

Lochvoil Bothy is a beautiful, self-contained and detached property, with private parking, in a quiet street central to Oban. Five minutes walk from town center, including pubs and restaurants, ferry, train and bus terminals and a range of boutique coffee shops and gift shops. Two minute drive from supermarkets. Situated in a peaceful glen twenty minutes walk to the local coastal village Connel and ten mins drive to the town of Oban we offer a gateway to the outdoors - mountains, beaches, forests, islands. The cabin has been built to immerse our guests into the tranquil surroundings with uninterrupted countryside views over native woodland from the decking area where deer and sea eagles are regular visitors.

Escape to the aptly named Tigh Na Mara Cottage which in Gaelic means “at the edge of the sea”. This romantic cottage is a place to find your soul and escape the stresses of life. It sits right on the edge of Loch Fyne in the delightful fishing village of Newton. It has recently been fully refurbished and has unrivalled views over gorgeous Loch Fyne. You will be mesmerised by the shimmer of blue water through the windows. It’s also a short drive from the famous Inver Cottage Restaurant.

The property consists of four flats each with its own individual access and entrance. Cragowlet House East possesses magnificent views of the confluence of Loch Long and The River Clyde and beyond to Cowal peninsula and the isle of Arran. It retains its defining architectural features as per its category 'B' listing from Historic Scotland, with high ceilings, ornate plaster cornice work, 'period' fireplaces, plaster corbels, architraves, skirting and sash & case windows.

The Wee House

The Wee House is a one bedroom seafront cottage looking onto Port Ellen. Sleeping up to 4 guests with a sofa bed (full size double) in the living room. Listing price is for 2 guests sharing the bedroom. If the sofa bed is required for bookings of 2 guests please let us know as there is an extra charge (£10 per night). The cottage is within walking distance of local shops, pubs and restaurants and near to the distillery path taking you to Laphroaig, Lagavulin and Ardbeg.

Shepherds Cottage - The Plan Farm close to coast

The Shepherds Cottage is situated on the south end of the Isle of Bute. Can sleep 4 adults, and one infant, or 2 adults and 2 children. We accept a max of 2 well behaved dogs. 5 minute walk to the beach and 2 minute walk to the West Island Way and St. Blains Chapel. A 15-20 minute drive gets you to Rothesay. An ideal place for walkers, or families for adventurous holidays. On a working farm with sheep and cattle, so expect some sounds and noises at times.

Forest Hill, Benderloch near Oban

Spacious and comfy 3 bedroom (NB one king, one double, two single beds) house in a small village, 2 bathrooms, garden, perfect for a relaxing family holiday! Interesting local hikes, close to many beauty spots and attractions, 15 minute drive to the busy town of Oban, 45 minute drive to Fort William. There is a cycle track just across the road which goes almost all the way to Ballahulish (9 miles from Fort William).
