Bring your pets and enjoy a stay 1 mile from Canton Street and all that downtown Roswell has to offer. It’s also convenient to the Perimeter area, Buckhead and Alpharetta. The guest suite is located on the lower level of our home and has a private entrance with a smart lock for a fully contactless check-in experience. Completely remodeled, the guest space offers modern and comfortable accommodations. Be sure to take advantage of the swinging bed under the string lights on your private patio.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located duplex that is walking distance to downtown Woodstock. Our home was built in 1945 and has been completely renovated with a mid century modern vibe. This space is a duplex. This unit is the A unit with a small Kitchenette. This is a spacious 900 square foot 2 bedroom - 1 bath home with a large dining room that is perfect for hanging out and playing games. We have a large back yard with a fire-pit for gathering and enjoying friends and family.

The Sawmill Cottage is 1500 SF cabin featuring a master BR and full bath on main leading to a spacious screened porch with beautiful view of woods. There is an extra Apartment available, see below. The second floor contains a loft BR with full bath. Located on wooded acreage with over a half mile of walking trails to beautiful Canton Creek with overlooking treehouse and hot tub. Only 5 minute drive to I-575, Northside Hospital, and retailing. Smart TV and wi-fi. Parking directly in front.

Remodeled in-law suite in a quiet area of Marietta! Amenities are: bedroom with queen bed/dresser, bathroom w/ shower, fully equipped kitchen, living room w/ TV & washer/dryer. WIFI available. The suite can comfortable fit 2 adults. There will be additional fee for extra adults/children. As for pets, only 1 dog is allowed but it will be a case by case basis & there will be a $60 pet fee. If your dog is left alone, must be crated while away. Please reach out beforehand for approval.

Goat Farm Guest Suite

Our goat retreat suite is on a 2 acre wooded lot in a quiet and secluded area. The suite has a private entrance off a common hallway in our detached outbuilding. A queen bed, full kitchen, bath, Wifi, cable TV. Outside is a patio & several games, plus goats (& deer & hawks, etc). Currently we have 4 goats: Immy, Daisy, Briggs, and Stratton (Note: we are ADA exempt. Sorry, but no service animals.)
