The apartment A three bedroom apartment, with kitchen, shower and toilet on the first floor of a beautiful urban villa, a national monument in the heart of the medieval city of Maastricht. In the kitchen there will be food to provide for your own breakfast for the first morning. Location The villa is just a few steps from the characteristic square, the Vrijthof, with the two churches Saint Servatius and St. John, the theater and the museum at the Vrijthof and the many terraces. In walking distance you will find downtown with great restaurants, bars, terraces and nice shops. You won't notice the vibrancy of downtown in this villa. It is very quiet and you will probably only hear the sound of Servaas church. There is a big parking around the corner at a 25 meter walk. A sunny and cozy apartment with many special details. The location is favorable: in 10 minutes you are in the picturesque city center, in 5 minutes in the beautiful nature around the Pietersberg. The apartment is very private with your own bathroom and a little balcony. Toilet is private but on the landing.. The sofabed is 1.35 x2.00. In the large bed in the quiet back room you will have a great night's sleep. The ideal place to be completely away for a few days, to enjoy or to work.

Space and peace in center Maastricht

The spacious , tastefully decorated apartment is on the third floor of our house from 1905, 5 minutes from the Vrijthof staying in an oasis of calm. You live with us in privacy. The second bedroom is the mezzanine in the living room, accessible with a rather steep but easy to walk miller staircase. Silence in the house between11.00 pm and 7.30 am. Of course, homecoming is allowed later than 11 pm. At arrival you must pay touristtaxes, €2,15 each a night.

In one of the most beautiful and oldest streets of Maastricht you’ll find this lovely loft with a wintergarden (Serre) and a outside garden in the middle of the city center. Its situated in an old monumental building from the late 17th century. The studio is on the ground floor wich means you dont need to clime any stairs. Its a 5-10 minute walk from the central station.
