Our cabin is spacious & light drenched. It offers a queen size bed, comfy lounge, built in wardrobe, small kitchenette (w/ bar fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster), bathroom, study area, air con, Wifi & a smart tv (Netflix, Disney, Stan & Prime. It has timber floors, a timber deck & outdoor seating & windows with fly screens. There is easy access down a shared driveway to come and go as you please. We have two children, a poodle cross dog, 2 cats, who you may catch a glimpse of if you’re lucky

Buses, lightrail to fish markets, Darling Harbour, markets, Central. Universities close. Friendly neighbours, parrots, possums, kookaburras. Happy dog, owner onsite. Hello from the hosts of the Garden Studio! If the dates you need accommodation for show as unavailable, send us an inquiry anyway as we may be able to host you. The studio has a double bed, a kitchenette (fridge, microwave and kettle) and a full bathroom. It is about a 10 - 15 minute walk from Ashfield Station, and a 12 minute train ride into the city.

The Treehouse, a unique studio in Annandale

The Treehouse is a unique place to stay - private, comfortable and completely self-contained. Located at the bottom of the garden, separated from the main house by a timber fence, the Treehouse sits up high, nestled among frangipani and magnolia trees. It has its own entrance via the rear lane, and offers privacy in a lovely and secure setting.
