The single house that you and your loved ones can enjoy all to yourself is located in a very private location at 1,300 m. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and a cozy living area with 2 sofa beds, our accommodation offers a large terrace protected and sunny warm and a private lawn with a view of the Dolomites. The house is well connected to the public (bus stop 2 minutes on foot) and is ideally located for tours on the Villanderer Alm and throughout South Tyrol.

E’ immersa nel verde a ridosso del bosco. The Chalet Heidi und Peter is situated in a peaceful area of San Leonardo in Passiria/Sankt Leonhard in Passeier, surrounded by mountains. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, a washing machine as well as a TV. In addition, a private sauna is available for your use.
