It's an easy walk down to the gourmet ghetto, Thursday Markets, buses and BART. Carport provided, a car is recommended (hey it's located in the hills.) Not baby proofed, minimal fencing - sorry, no pets, babies or toddlers. Smoke free, no butts about it. Sorry, no loud music, or large gatherings.

The creek house is on a beautiful tree lined street, walking distance to downtown San Carlos. The house is a spacious one bedroom cottage with designer finishes and gorgeous vaulted ceilings. You will be surrounded by mature redwoods on the peaceful balcony and one with nature at the fire pit overlooking a year round creek. Amenities include a full sized kitchen, comfortable workspace, washer/dryer, fast WiFi, cable TV and a gas fireplace. We live in the main house on the property.

The cottage has a chef’s kitchen, washer/dryer, bathroom, comfortable mattress and couch. You have a private patio out front, Nespresso maker and pods for those coffee drinkers, and a Smart TV for endless streaming. There are two skylights and French doors which provide lots of light.

Smaller front yard with beautiful landscaping and comfortable seating - a great place to people watch, as we are close to the beach and fishing pier. Ready to live in with all the linen, towels, dishware. Driveway parking.
