We do charge a small per person additional fee for 5 or more. Please note: This home is not to be used for events, parties or similar occasions. Also please note that there is no walk-in shower, no cable TV.

There is a private entrance off Santa Fe, a full kitchen with microwave, espresso and coffee maker, and washer and dryer.

Enjoy a private entrance and parking spot off the street. Your space is connected to our house but you never have to enter our house to get to your space.
