Our bright and modern one bedroom apartment provides an ideal base from which to explore Royal Deeside! There is an abundance of leisure pursuits, fine dining and shopping on our door step! Walking/running/cycling/trails/hills/scenery/fishing/lochs and rivers/castles/road biking/mountain biking/ just relaxing!/amazing food and drink! We also have an electric car charging point should you wish to discuss car charging options. A few cupboards and drawers aren’t usable. Please do not open them

Duffus House Lodge - rural retreat

The Lodge is a traditional gate lodge located at the entrance to Duffus Estate, on the edge of the small village of Duffus. Set in from the Elgin/Duffus B road, it is surrounded by Estate woodland and open fields which are home a host of wildlife, such as our cheeky red squirrels or shy roe deer. We welcome up to 2 well behaved dogs and you can explore the network of paths across the Estate and beyond. Duffus is only 2 miles from the magnificent Moray coast with its unspoilt sandy beaches.

Set in a quiet and exclusive development in the beautiful, relaxing countryside of Royal Deeside, next to the 9 hole Queens Course of Inchmarlo Resort. Surrounded by beautiful walks, castles, golf, fishing, distilleries and more. A 15 minute walk or 2 minute drive from the centre of Banchory the villa has a fully equipped Kitchen, flat screen TV and patio with table and chairs.

The Farm Bothy Cottage

The Farm Bothy cottage offers luxury accommodation on a working sheep farm. It is self-contained, within a modern steading/barn conversion. We live in the other wing of the house. You can explore the farm, woodlands and our garden. Ideally located for visiting nearby castles and distilleries the area also has great cycling, golfing, fishing and horse-riding. Our local pub is a mile away. The nearest town, Alford, has a pub, restaurant, shops, supermarket, parks and museums.

Cosy self-catering accommodation sleeps two. Situated between Aviemore and Grantown on Spey in the Cairngorms National Park close to the River Spey and surrounded by woods and farmland. Boat of Garten village is within a mile. Refurbished in 2018 to a high standard, Sycamore Cottage provides cosy accommodation for single people or couples looking for a relaxed break in idyllic surroundings, or for those who want to take advantage of the many opportunities for outdoor recreation.

Osprey Hide

A unique and peaceful get away awaits you at ‘Osprey Hide’. Our converted steading has open views over farmland and woodland that stretch over Findhorn Bay. This is a great spot to watch the Moray Ospreys as they range over the Bay. Outside you will find a private spa tub, patio and BBQ area. We are close to Forres and Findhorn Bay is a short walk / bike ride from the door. There are lovely country walks all around us.

McFarlane Lodge has an open planned lounge and dinning area. The comfortable lounge includes a wood burning stove, SmartTV and a large dining table. The kitchen includes dishwasher, washing machine, cooker, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine and a fridge/freezer. There are two bedrooms, one contains a double bed. The second room contains two queen beds. Towels are provided.

Taighsona Bothy, Speyside - amazing views!

Taighsona Bothy is located in the heart of Speyside, with incredible views out over Ben Rinnes and the Convals. We are peacefully situated only a few minute’s walk from Archiestown and on the famous Malt Whisky Trail. Aberlour and the famous Speyside Way are a short walk down through the stunning countryside and forest. Dufftown and Craigellachie are a few minutes drive away.
