Frogfield Annexe is a beautifully renovated self-contained one-bedroom 'cottage' attached to our home, set in 3 acres. You can enjoy the serenity of our surrounding gardens and arboretums with the convenience of being in the heart of the village, a 3 minute walk from the train station & a minute from the High St. Roam the grounds, play some croquet, and meet our 2 (very old) labradors, or alternatively, cosy up in front of the log burner for a quiet evening in. Inverbervie is a traditional, historic, quiet, safe coastal village (Royal Burgh). We are 2 minutes walk from the sea and an old railway path south to Gourdon.

This charming wee granite cottage is snuggled into the idyllic countryside in the shadow of the local landmark, Bennachie, a large hill range which dominates the landscape.

Bike storage with charging. A short, safe walk into Aboyne. Aboyne Loch, old Railway line and Aboyne Golf Course are across the road, which makes for an active or totally relaxed holiday. Easy car drive North to Ballater and Braemar or on the regular buses, which stop at road end .

Walking distance to Aberdeen Uni. The rooms are in very good condition as you can see in the pictures, It's about 3 minutes walking distance from Aberdeen University, and about the same to kittybrewster shopping center. In front of the building, you could find a playground Basketball/Football designated space. And we have one of the most beautiful gardens in Aberdeen. Plenty of free parking space outside.
