As a couple, we are often abroad for work and like to rent our home to people who will enjoy it as much as we do. The house consists of 3 floors and has 2 large terraces with lots of sun and greenery. 2 spacious bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms and built-in wardrobes. The kitchen, living room and dining area contain high-quality materials and an abundance of natural sunlight. The 3rd room + bathroom has access to the terrace. The modular sofa converts into a comfortable double bed.

Van harte welkom in ons gezellig en modern ingericht appartement! Deze accommodatie is heel centraal gelegen en beschikt over een garage met parkeerplaats. Het ligt op 50m van de zeedijk, 500m van de casino en 1,5 km van het station. Het Zwin ligt op 5km. Het bevindt zich in een onmiddellijke zijstraat van de Lippenslaan. Gezellige strandbars, restaurantjes en mooie winkels bevinden zich op een straal van 100m. Sportoase Duinenwater ligt op 2km, aanpalend heb je Smiles waar je oa. kunt bowlen.

Onze villa is fantastisch gelegen in het oude Zoute op 10 minuten wandel afstand van het Albert, Knokke en Zoute strand. U geniet van totale rust in een prachtige groene omgeving en hoeft slechts 300 meter af te leggen om te genieten van de leuke winkels en de gezelligste restaurants. Parkeerplaats voor 2/3 wagens. Handdoeken aanwezig en bedden worden opgemaakt in functie van het aantal ingeschreven gasten. Deze woning is geschikt om te genieten van onze prachtige Noordzee in elk seizoen.
