Located right in the heart of Patras, this beautiful 2-bedroom penthouse apartment, sits inside a pre-war building which belonged to my Greek grandfather. The building hosts the oldest working elevator in Patras, though a new elevator brings you directly to the 4th floor, where you can enjoy spectacular sea views from the balcony. Whilst only steps away from all the shops, restaurants and bars the apartment remains a quiet space.

The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! Κτισμένο με παραδοσιακή αρχιτεκτονική απο πέτρα και ξύλο. Αποτελείται απο δυο ανεξάρτητες κατοικίες μια στο ισόγειο και μια στον όροφο. Το διαμέρισμα του πρώτου ορόφου διαθέτει καθιστικό, κουζίνα ,υπνοδωμάτιο και λουτρό.
