Familienzimmer mit Kochzeile (Erzgebirgsbahn)

The family room (39 sqm; first floor; facing the courtyard - without a view of the train!) consists of two rooms, each with its own bathroom and two entrances to the balcony. The smaller, 14 square meter room with the 1.40 m wide, made-up bed is separated from the larger room by a lockable connecting door. There is also a small fridge here. In the larger of the two rooms (bed width: 1.80 m; beds made) there is a kitchenette with two hotplates, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery, cookware and cutlery. There is an extendable dining table with two chairs and a bench. Both rooms have a flat-screen TV, a small table and two armchairs. The bathrooms have a shower/toilet, towels, hair dryer, facial tissues, make-up mirror and liquid hand soap. In the bathroom of the larger room there is also a towel radiator.

Doppelzimmer mit Aufbettung (Erzgebirgsbahn)

The double rooms (20 sqm; first floor; street side, with balcony and view of the train) are, like all our rooms, named after writers who wrote poems and stories about the train. The texts are available for reading in the rooms along with a biography of the author. The room has a double bed (1.80 mx 2.00 m), a small refrigerator, a flat-screen TV, a small table and two armchairs, a pull-out sofa bed (1.25 mx 2.00 m), a small fridge and a small bottle of water (0 , 5 l). In the bathroom there are towels, a make-up mirror, facial tissues, a hair dryer and liquid hand soap.

Große Ferienwohnung (Erzgebirgsbahn)

The large holiday apartment (41 sqm; ground floor, street side with a view of the railway) has a kitchen-cum-living room with kitchenette (oven, four hobs, fridge - without freezer, sink) with toaster, coffee machine, kettle, crockery, cookware and cutlery. Two consecutive bedrooms (bed width room 1: 1.60 m; bed width room 2: 1.40 m) lead off from this, both of which have access to the shared bathroom (with shower/toilet, towels, hair dryer, facial tissues, hand soap and make-up mirror). All three rooms have a flat screen TV.

Habitació individual més petita (Erzgebirgsbahn)

L'habitació individual més petita (10 metres quadrats; planta baixa, al costat del pati, sense vista al ferrocarril!) té un llit individual maquillat (90 x 200 cm), una butaca, una taula petita amb una ampolla petita d'aigua, una nevera petita, un televisor de pantalla plana i una zona de rentat amb assecador de cabells, mirall de maquillatge, sabó de mans líquid i mocadors facials. La dutxa i el vàter estan separats de la resta de l'habitació per una porta plegable.

Premium Ferienwohnung (PensionErzgebirgsbahn)

Our premium apartment has a fully equipped eat-in kitchen and dining table. From the eat-in kitchen you enter the bedroom (bed width 1.80 m and sofa bed) and the living room with living area (can also be used as a sofa bed). From there you can also access the bathroom with shower and separate bathtub. Hand soap and make-up mirror. You will find a flat-screen TV in the eat-in kitchen with seating area and in the living room.

Größeres Einzelzimmer (Erzgebirgsbahn)

The larger single room (13 sqm; ground floor; facing the courtyard - without a view of the railway!) has a made-up single bed (90 cm x 200 cm), a desk with a small bottle of water (0.5 l), an armchair, a small table, a small refrigerator, a flat-screen TV and a bathroom with a large shower, a toilet, heated towel rail, towels, hair dryer, make-up mirror, hand soap and facial tissues.

Im Wellnesshaus wohnst Du in ruhiger Lage und trotzdem zentral. Nur wenige Gehminuten zur Stadtmitte oder Heiligenfeld-Klinik. Der Perlsee, die Berge Gibacht und Cerchov und das Freizeitbad AquaFit sind gleich in unserer Nähe. Großzügige, moderne Zimmer, in warmen Farben, laden zum Wohlfühlen ein. In unserer Wellnessabteilung kannst Du dich außerdem einmal richtig verwöhnen lassen.

Kleine Ferienwohnung (Erzgebirgsbahn)

Die kleine Ferienwohnung ist 35 qm groß und verfügt über einen Schlafraum, ein Bad, eine Diele mit Kochzeile und einen Wohnraum mit Essecke und ausklappbarem Schlafsofa. Vom Wohnzimmer aus betritt man den windgeschützten Balkon. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet. In der Essecke gibt es zudem noch einen kleinen Backofen. Das Bad verfügt über Dusche/ WC.

Habitació doble gris

Pension U Martina es va renovar el 2021. Es troba en una ubicació tranquil·la a prop del centre, a 3 minuts de l'estació de tren i a 15 minuts de la columnata de l'spa. Tenim 4 llits, 3 llits i 3 habitacions dobles. Cuina totalment equipada i dos banys compartits amb lavabos. Tota la propietat i la plaça d'aparcament estan vigilats per un sistema de càmera.

Habitació doble 12 (Pensió Waldhaus)

Aquest dormitori doble està situat a la primera planta. L'habitació té un llit doble, un bany integrat amb dutxa i vàter i una zona d'estar. La zona d'estar separada amb 2 cadires, una taula i un sofà et convida a seure i relaxar-te. El sofà es pot convertir en un llit per a una altra persona si cal.

Habitació doble 14 (Pension Waldhaus)

Aquest dormitori està situat a la primera planta. L'habitació té llit de matrimoni amb dutxa i vàter. Una zona d'estar independent amb 2 cadires, una taula i un sofà, on pots seure, relaxar-te i veure la televisió. El sofà es pot convertir en un llit per a un màxim de 2 persones si cal.
