The apt. (40m2) is located right in front of the beach and next to the dunes. From your appartment you have a breathtaking view over the sea. It will comfortably fits 2 and is completely new, finished in June 2021. Cozy living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable king size bed, perfect WIFI and nice bathroom. You have a private parking spot right next to the apt, as well as a private terrace with dining table and comfy beach chairs. Your dog is very welcome, we allow only 1 dog.

Met de trein is het een korte rit naar Haarlem en Amsterdam. Kortom; ideaal voor een heerlijk korte of lange vakantie!

Het ligt in een rustige woonwijk in het zuidelijke deel van Zandvoort, op minder dan 5 minuten lopen van zowel het strand als het dorpscentrum. De strandstudio is volledig zelfvoorzienend voor 2 personen met een aparte badkamer, een keuken en een beschut, zonnig terras om buiten te zitten.

We provide 2 bikes (for free), so you can get around easily. The supermarket, farmacie & shops are within a 10 min. walk. Het appartement heeft een balkon waar je perfect wakker kan worden met een kopje koffie of de dag kan afsluiten met een wijntje. Het strand is op 2 minuten loopafstand. Binnen is van alles aanwezig; keuken , inloopdouce ,wc koffie, thee, handdoeken beddengoed enz. Het station is 2 minuten lopen. Dé plek om te ontspannen en tot rust te komen! De gezellige studio met eigen opgang (29 m2, open ruimte) is gelegen in het souterrain en van alle gemakken voorzien. Openslaande deuren geven toegang tot je privé terras, met uitzicht op de (gedeeltelijk omheinde) tuin.

De studio bevindt zich in het rustige Zandvoort zuid op 5 minuten lopen van het strand en duinen. Onze gasten waarderen de perfecte ligging enorm. De studio is in 2023 geheel gerenoveerd en heeft een andere indeling gekregen. De comfortabele badkamer scheidt het woongedeelte van het slaapgedeelte wat meer privacy biedt.
