The Riverside Home

Our home is empty most of the year as we moved abroad. After our own positive guest experiences, we decided to share our home with other travel enthusiast. We renovated and adapted the rooms for guests and hope you will enjoy the atmosphere and excellent location. The apartment is in a very old building on the 1st floor (w/o elevator) in the old town directly on the riverbank. It has a beautiful view of the river and in the winter of the castle when the trees are w/o leaves.

Že sam pogled na vodo nas pomiri, poskrbeli pa smo še za prijetno urejene prostore, da bo vaš odklop res pravi oddih za dušo in telo. Hiška se nahaja v vasici Krka, pri izviru reke Krke - v bližini je veliko naravnih in kulturnih znamenitosti, prestolnica Slovenije pa je oddaljena le pol ure vožnje.

Tiho in spokojno mesto sredi dolenjskih gozdov na vrhu gore, ki je poseljena že več kot 2500 let. Prebujali se boste ob petju ptic in žuborenju potoka v dolini. Ta del Slovenije je ekološko najbolj neokrnjen. Na posestvu ni vse urejeno po zadnjih standardnih, vendar vam bomo vedno lahko postregli z domačim pivom, domačim whiskey in jelenovo salamo. Z okoliških kmetij, pa priskrbimo tudi ostale prehrambene izdelke.
