We are close to Balluta Bay and all the restaurants and night life of St Julian's. You can run, walk and swim from the 5km coastal promenade. Seafront corner apartment with very large terrace right on the sea & its' prime assets are the breathtaking views of the bay all around. This apartment is a "one of". Swimming means just going down the stairs. The apartment has just been refurbished and everything is new. It consists of two double bedrooms, both bedroom are fully airconditioned. Fully furnished and air-conditioned kitchen/dining/sitting room. Second floor, no lift. All necessities. Strong Wifi.

The property has been renovated to the highest of standards by a local interior designer with all the original features retained. The studio is set in a quiet pedestrian alley minutes away from the sea front promenade, bars and restaurants, museums, bus routes, the historical cities of Birgu and Senglea and is only a 5 minute ferry ride to the capital city of Valletta.

Living in Xghajra's tranquillity

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Hope you love the sound of sea waves as much as we do. This place has been our family home for a few years. Sadly we decided to move house and I am too attached to it to sell it, hence it is available for rent and hopefully our guests will enjoy it, and build memories as much as we did both in the apartment and in the tranquil area (not very common in Malta anymore) around it.
