Swan Lake is located in Southern Lancaster County. The house is situated on 12.5 Acres with a pond and gazebo. This is a secluded family destination in Amish country but close to numerous amenities. You will enjoy beautiful views of the pond from all floors and decks. Numerous hiking trails and the Susquehanna River are within minutes. I built this house with the intent of guests having plenty of room to gather, or to relax in their own special way. At Waters Edge we spared nothing, commercial appliances in the chefs kitchen. Seating and bedrooms for 16, check out my other listing if you need up to 16 guests. Bring your boats, Jet Skis or kayaks to enjoy the Susquehanna River or chill and relax in the hot tub or pool.
