We live in the main house and the studio is in the front of our house, not on ocean side, a View of the ocean can be seen from the kitchen window , there’s a private courtyard that takes you to the ocean. The Blue Pearl is calling. 1946 coastal cottage nestled just above basalt rocks offers you a relaxing place to take in the sites and sounds of the crashing waves. Located next to the 804 walking coastal trail and also the Amanda trail leading to the Amanda Grotto and Cape Pepetua. Cottage is located on the south end of Yachats and a short distance to sandy the sandy beach at Yachats Bay.
