Our place in West Bradford, a mile and a half from Clitheroe has great views, country walks, cycling and a restaurant a minute's walk away. Waddington, a mile down the road, has three pubs including the excellent Waddington Arms. You will love our cosy, compact cottage dating from the 1730's set in beautiful gardens. Fall asleep to the sounds of the babbling brook. A private patio overlooks the brook to fields. Pets are welcome. Note that due to its age, the door and original beam are low.

This unique place has a style all its own. Enjoy a quiet stay with private access and parking at this one bedroom apartment in Lathom. Well presented with open plan kitchen, dining and seating area, leading to a king size bedroom and en-suite. Small dogs are with prior approval £10 per stay. If more than two dogs an additional charge of £10 will be requested for cleaning. Please add at the booking stage if you intend to travel with your dog. Dogs must not be left unattended on the property.

This self contained annex is located at the rear garden of a house in a very quiet street. It is located in a perfect spot only 2 minutes walk to the centre of Poulton and the train station. Only 2 miles from Blackpool Hospital 6 min drive (see pics) Good transport links to Preston and Lythan St Annes. Free on street parking is usually available. The annex has private access. It is accessed down a pathway which runs inbetween/ behind the residential properties. Please see photographs.

This pretty one bedroom annexe based in Standish in a perfect location with easy access to Wigan, the village of Standish, beautiful green belt and easy access to the M6 and major cities Manchester, Liverpool and Preston. We are also 5 minute walk from the popular wedding venue Ashfield House. The annex is a fully self contained space with its own private entrance, parking and no shared facilities, we are however next door should you need anything.

This is a luxury annex, with home comforts in a unique location and within a short stroll into Clitheroe town centre. The property is all on one level and access is through the patio doors at the rear; it is attached on the side of our building.

Situated in the Forest of Bowland AONB, to offer couples and families an idyllic country escape. With perfect outside space for al fresco dining. After a long day, the living room offers a cosy spot to relax on the sofa by the wood stove while sipping wine.
