We have a very nice size yard for camp fires and just relax in without any neighbors.Welcome to a peaceful country home in the middle of several very large ponds. Relax on the covered screened porch or the back deck for peaceful meals or just some bird watching. Not super far off the road but you feel like it. Road is pretty quiet and lots of wild life. Ponds and woods not our property so please stay in yard/ grass only

Our family friendly home is nestled in a wooded lot in the quaint historic Silverlake Institute. Just a short walk to the Silver Lake with Public Boat launch and Lake Beach/Swim area. Spacious covered porches to enjoy in a quaint setting.

Explore everything Rochester has to offer from the comfort of our remodeled carriage house! We are located just outside the village of Churchville, less than 20 minutes to downtown. The house features two floors of living space, a full kitchen, garage, washer and dryer, and views of the countryside. Our farm backs up to endless woods with walking trails and borders a creek.
