There are only 2 beds. We live upstairs with our children. They can get loud during active times, particularly at breakfast and dinner time. We also have a landscaped backyard and patio with grill access, if requested Roscoe Village is one mile west of Wrigley Field and two miles west of the lake.

A Garden 2 BR (one semi-private; see pics) with 2 queen beds. With rollaway and couch, could accommodate up to 6. We also have a fold up crib. FYI: NO Smoking inside or on the patio. No animals. The apartment does NOT have airconditioning. It does have a window unit in the bedroom from April to September.
