Originally constructed in 1958, this single story Block House sits on a large double corner lot in the Heart of Kill Devil Hills. Close to the Beach, shopping , and Attractions, Our Vintage Flatroof is Modernized while trying to keep its nostalgic feel that made so many fall in love with the Outer Banks!! (Note: From Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day, we operate with a 7 day minimum stay with a Saturday check-in.)

Beach front condo at the Croatan Surf Club! Centrally located on the OBX in Kill Devil Hills. The beach is only steps away, outdoor pool & hot tub open 4/20/26 - 10/31/26, indoor pool and hot tub open year round, outside balcony with small ocean views and views of the Wright Brothers Monument (no ocean views from inside the condo), & free parking on premises. This is a 3 bed (2 kings 1 queen) & 3 full bath condo. This is a single floor plan on the top floor. There are elevators at the condo.

Gone Coastal

Gone Coastal is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath Condo with an ocean view from the deck to watch the waves enjoy a glass of wine, and smell the ocean water. Sleeps up to 6 with a sleeper sofa, the master bedroom has an ensuite. Located in Kill Devil Hills the Sea Oats condominiums are centrally located to all OBX. Gone Coastal perfect location with a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located on the first floor with private stairs to the back deck with sliding doors to access the Condo from the pool or Beach.

Two bedrooms, two full baths, stocked kitchen and open concept make this a comfortable and stylish place to land for your OBX vacation. Welcome to The Cabin, our little log cabin at the beach in the Outer Banks. We stumbled on to the cabin and fell in love! Over the course of a year we lived in & renovated this wonderful home. It was our hope to create a space that feels warm, inviting & unique. The final result was a space that we loved sharing with friends and family, and now we are thrilled to be able to share it with our guests. We are so happy to welcome you to our home and hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Perfect for biking or just bypassing the summer traffic. Home is also centrally located to shopping, dining, entertainment, and more. You don’t want to miss this!
